In recent years,the development of higher vocational colleges in our country is v ery rapid;many higher vocational colleges pay attention to the investment of teaching equipment in the process of development,but for the construction of the library inves tment is often slightly inadequate.The library can be said to be the soul of the school.It is not only a field for students to enrich knowledge,but also a key place for teachers to consult materials and explore academic knowledge.It has rich collection resources and is the spiritual wealth of the school.In the process of development,many vocational colleges often pay little attention to the construction of libraries,especially the satisfaction of students,which seriously affects the development of libraries.So the construction and development of higher vocational college library to improve t he students' satisfaction with students as the center,in the new development to promot e the students' satisfaction of ascension,to strengthen the construction of higher vocati onal college library,especially at the provincial level demonstrative higher vocational college library construction,higher vocational colleges are in the process of developm ent must pay attention to and unavoidable issue.Paper through the literature research and the research method of questionnaire investigation to JG college library as a case study,reviews the domestic and foreign scholars about the satisfaction of the library literature,of JG description on the current situation of college library,the students' satisfaction in JG college library has carried on the investigation and analysis,this paper used the factor analysis method to extract,and related factors of affecting the student satisfaction JG college library for factor analysis obtained the concrete factors influencing the student satisfaction JG college library,and on this basis puts forward the optimization measures of student satisfaction.The research findings of this paper are as follows:Firstly,most of the surveyors are dissatisfied with the current services of the library,no matter the collection resources,the service of the library and the infrastructure,which indicates that many services of the library need to be further improved.Second,through the analysis of the questionnaire,built the mathematical model,through factor analysis and extraction of the collection resources dimensions","readers characteristic service dimensions","digital service dimensions","the overall environment and infrastructure dimensions","the librarians' professional level and own quality dimensions" five dimensions are the key factors that affect satisfaction JG college library.Thirdly,the construction of collection resources,including paper resources and digital resources,should be further improved.To improve the environment and facilities in the museum;Make full use of network technology and mobile technology to provide diversified mobile terminal services;It is necessary to improve the service quality of readers,establish the student-oriented service awareness,and improve students' satisfaction with borrowing by adjusting students' borrowing rights,increasing borrowing and returning channels,adding retrieval equipment,etc.To actively provide personalized services to meet the diversified personalized snowball readers;strengthen the ability of library staff,strengthen service assessment and promote service efficiency.This paper has some innovative attempts in the research perspective.Through the analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad,the author finds that there have bee n some research results on the influencing factors of reader satisfaction of university li braries,but few studies on the influencing factors of reader satisfaction of library stud ents in higher vocational colleges.This paper has some innovation in research Angle and topic selection.After reading a large number of relevant literatures and analyzing and summarizing the literatures,the author finds that there have been some research results on the influencing factors of reader satisfaction in libraries of colleges and universities at undergraduate level and above,but there are few studies on the influencing factors of reader satisfaction in libraries of higher vocational colleges.Through literature study and questionnaire survey,this paper builds the library in higher vocational colleges student satisfaction influencing factors model,for the quality improvement of higher vocational college library reader service put forward the main points of the exact,and according to the need to improve the direction of the corresponding optimization strategy,make the article concluded that the factors that affect higher vocational college library,student satisfaction can provide important reference for related library satisfaction research,have certain innovation.
