Research On The Construction And Evaluation Of Digital Literacy Evaluation System For Public Librarians

In today’s era of digital transformation and development,the network communication system supported by big data,5G technology,artificial intelligence,cloud computing and other information technologies has developed rapidly,greatly promoting the modernization process of the whole society.From the perspective of the overall situation of the country,improving the digital literacy and skill level of the whole people is an important measure in the process of China’s transition from a big network country to a powerful network country.At the micro level of the individual,only by actively learning digital knowledge and skills and improving the level of digital literacy can individuals better adapt to and integrate into the digital era.Based on the analysis of relevant concepts such as smart library and digital literacy of librarians,this study has established the digital literacy evaluation system of public librarians by comprehensive use of literature survey and Delphi method,and applied this evaluation system to the actual evaluation of digital literacy of librarians in Jiangxi Province and Nanchang City.According to the statistical results of the sample data obtained in the evaluation stage,the current situation of the digital literacy level of librarians is analyzed and summarized.At the same time,this study also puts forward countermeasures for these problems,explores the training strategies for the improvement of digital literacy of Chinese public librarians,and also builds a threedimensional ability portrait for the intelligent librarians of the intelligent library.In the era of the construction of a digital civilized society,public libraries are also actively engaged in the process of digitalization and intellectualization.In this new era and new situation,librarians should keep pace with the times,establish digital awareness and thinking,master digital knowledge and skills,strengthen interaction with users through multiple digital platforms and channels,actively promote the effective expansion and integration of library digital resources,as well as the maximum sharing and utilization,effectively guarantee the digital safety and health of the library,and jointly build a standardized and orderly digital space,so as to effectively promote the improvement of the digital literacy level of the whole nation,and realize the great vision of intelligent society and digital China.
