| With the higher and higher requirements for the quality of food,the distribution demand for cold chain logistics is increasing,and the market scale of cold chain logistics is getting larger and larger.Although cold chain logistics can ensure the quality of products,compared with traditional normal temperature logistics,temperature control is more accurate,energy consumption is higher,and more carbon will be generated in the process of distribution.therefore,the introduction of lowcarbon concept into cold chain logistics is of great significance to the economic and environmental benefits of enterprises.Combine traditional cold chain logistics with low-carbon demand,increase carbon tax to control carbon emissions,achieve low-carbon emissions,and introduce soft time window constraints for the transformation of customer satisfaction.Build a low-carbon cold chain logistics path optimization model with the minimum total distribution cost as the objective function under a variety of constraints.In view of the slow convergence and easy to fall into local optimization of traditional ant colony algorithm,an improved ant colony algorithm is designed by improving population initialization,ant colony transition state rule and pheromone update strategy by chaotic mapping.the working principle and steps are described in detail.The improved ant colony algorithm and the basic ant colony algorithm are used to calculate the function,and the results are compared to verify the effectiveness of the improved ant colony algorithm.At the same time,combined with the relevant data of logistics enterprises,the model and algorithm are simulated and solved by MATLAB software,and the optimal distribution scheme with the lowest total cost,the best route and the lowest carbon emissions is obtained.Comparing the simulation results of the two algorithms,the improved ant colony algorithm optimizes the total cost,driving distance and carbon emissions by 10.9%,10.7% and 10.7%,respectively.It can not only optimize the distribution route scheme for enterprises,improve the economic benefits of enterprises,but also achieve low carbon emissions,and achieve economic benefits and social sustainable development.Finally,according to the needs of low-carbon cold chain logistics system design,based on the Spring Boot framework,integrated Java development language and My SQL database,completed the design and development of low-carbon cold chain logistics system. |
