With the continuous progress of society and the rapid development of enterprises,the market demand of cold chain logistics is increasing.At the same time,energy conservation and emission reduction have become increasingly popular,and low-carbon life continues to appear in people's vision,which is also the main melody of development in the new era.As an energy consumption industry,the carbon emission of cold chain logistics can not be ignored.This paper analyzes and studies the carbon emission through the carbon tax policy,and then calculates the corresponding carbon emission cost,which can reduce the carbon emission of cold chain enterprises to a certain extent,while promoting the green transformation of the cold chain industry,it is conducive to further promote the sustainable development of the cold chain industry.On the other hand,novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak broke out in the whole world in 2020,and cold chain food frequently appeared problems,which caused a certain degree of obstruction to the development of cold chain logistics.This paper takes cold chain logistics in COVID-19 as the research object.Considering the issue of cold chain logistics distribution cost,we take into account the factors of fixed cost,transportation cost,refrigeration cost,carbon tax cost,sterilization cost and contract cost in the cold chain logistics distribution chain,aiming at the lowest comprehensive cost,the lowest carbon emission cost and the shortest total delivery route.The cold chain logistics path optimization model is constructed.When solving the cold chain logistics distribution problem,the traditional algorithm has slow solving speed and small search range.For the above problems,this paper adds the replication and trend operation of bacterial foraging algorithm to the ant colony algorithm,and then carries out algorithm test and simulation test the optimization ability of ant colony algorithm(ACO),artificial bee colony algorithm(ABC)and genetic algorithm(GA)to verify the bacterial foraging ant colony algorithm(BFA-ACO).Finally,taking the cold chain logistics enterprises in Hebei Province as the distribution example,taking Baoding City as the distribution center to distribute to other cities in Hebei Province,and then using the above algorithm to solve the cold chain logistics path optimization model,the results show that the effect of BFA-ACO algorithm in solving the cold chain logistics path optimization model is better than other algorithms.
