In the face of environmental pressures brought by global warming, countries are advocating to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to the atmosphere.China is also actively adopting energy conservation and emission reduction measures, among which carbon emissions from the transportation industry are increasing. With the continuous improvement of residents' living quality, the development of cold chain logistics has been promoted, and logistics distribution is a critical link in the cold chain logistics system, and customers have increasingly higher requirements for the delivery timeliness and product quality of cold chain logistics.Due to the nature of cold chain products that are subject to spoilage and decay, they must be kept in a low temperature environment throughout the distribution process, which will correspondingly consume large amounts of energy and generate more carbon emissions. In response to the call for the development of China's low-carbon economic policy, this paper has quantified carbon emissions indicator, incorporated carbon emissions cost into the total distribution cost. Then through reasonable planning of the distribution paths, the economic and environmental benefits of cold chain logistics enterprises are guaranteed, customer satisfaction with distribution services is improved, and the green sustainable development of the cold chain logistics industry is promoted. To solve the problem of cold chain logistics distribution path optimization, this paper takes the minimum total distribution cost as the optimization goal, comprehensively considers the various costs incurred during the distribution process, and then proposes the calculation methods of various costs in the total distribution cost, including fixed cost, transportation cost, cargo damage cost, refrigeration cost, time penalty cost and carbon emissions cost, thereby achieving multi-cost optimization and forming the total cost function of distribution.Simultaneously,it is necessary to meet the constraints of the maximum load capacity of the delivery vehicle, the longest delivery distance at one time, and the time window of the customer. Thus,a cold chain logistics distribution route optimization model with time window considering carbon emissions was constructed. In order to solve the model,a path optimization scheme can be formulated. This paper makes an improvement design of the traditional saving algorithm and puts forward a new model solving idea. This paper takes T company as the research object, analyzes it with an example of the enterprise, uses actual distribution data to calculate the various cost values of distribution for each customer and plan the best distribution route.By comparing and analyzing the results before and after the optimization of the distribution routes,it is learned that after the optimization, the mileage of delivery vehicles driven has reduced, and the total cost of distributing cold chain products has saved, where the economic and environmental costs have decreased, achieving the optimization goal. The research results show that the model is feasible, the improved saving algorithm is an effective solution algorithm, and an approximate optimal distribution route plan is finally obtained. For cold chain logistics enterprises,it is significant to optimize the distribution path, which is beneficial to the long-term development of the enterprise. At the same time, this paper also provides a reference for other cold chain logistics enterprises to solve the actual distribution problems.
