Abstract/Summary:
With the increasing improvement of people’s living standards and the continuous expansion of the city scale,the demand for fresh agricultural products and quality requirements are also increasingly high,making the distribution of fresh agricultural products increase,followed by urban road congestion and carbon emissions rise.Driven by the "double carbon" goal,rational planning of low-carbon logistics distribution path in cold chain transportation can not only reduce logistics distribution costs and carbon emissions,but also improve the economic and social benefits of enterprises.Therefore,this research has certain theoretical and practical significance.This thesis first summarizes the research background and significance of the subject,summarizes the relevant theoretical research status at home and abroad,and introduces the relevant theories of cold chain logistics,low-carbon logistics and logistics distribution vehicle routing problem.Secondly,it briefly describes the general situation of M company and the status quo of logistics distribution,and analyzes the problems existing in logistics distribution.Thirdly,based on the CRITIC-entropy weight-TOPSIS method to calculate the traffic congestion index,with the goal of minimizing the total distribution cost including the carbon emission cost,combined with genetic algorithm,a cold chain low-carbon logistics distribution path optimization model considering the traffic congestion index was constructed.Then,MATLAB software is used to run the solution,and the distribution scheme before and after the optimization of the cold chain logistics distribution path of M company is compared and analyzed.The results show that,considering the traffic congestion index,the total distribution cost and carbon emission cost are reduced accordingly.Finally,combined with the actual situation of M company,this thesis puts forward the cold chain lowcarbon logistics distribution optimization strategy suggestions from the aspects of attaching importance to the optimization of logistics distribution routes,strengthening the control of distribution costs,and improving the awareness of low-carbon logistics.This study is helpful to the improvement of logistics distribution benefits of M company and social energy conservation and emission reduction,and can also provide decision-making reference for similar companies.
