Rapid economic development has also brought about changes in people's lifestyle,and has begun to pursue the richness of food materials and the efficient and fast way of supply,thus increasing the demand for cold chain products and freshness.Such a good development momentum of the cold chain industry has given birth to a large number of enterprises participating in fresh distribution.Although the whole industry has huge development potential,the increasing demand has posed new challenges to the cold chain logistics and distribution industry.How to effectively control the distribution cost,shorten the distribution time,improve the distribution efficiency and improve the quality of services is the question that the whole industry needs to consider.Research on the optimization of vehicle distribution route with time windows will effectively improve the timeliness of cold chain logistics distribution,shorten the time effectively,improve the quality of distribution services and customer satisfaction,and rationally allocate resources for enterprises,effectively control distribution costs,and improve overall revenue.The research on cold chain logistics in China started later than that in other countries.The high cost of distribution,low efficiency of overall distribution and backward information management technology restrict the rapid development of cold chain logistics industry in China.The research direction of this paper is to optimize the distribution route of cold chain logistics with time windows.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Introduce the background and significance of this research direction,elaborate the research status at home and abroad,and describe the research ideas and framework.(2)Express the relevant conceptual theory,including the direction of cold chain logistics,the research situation of vehicle distribution routing problem and vehicle routing problem with time windows.(3)Establish relevant models.This paper analyses the consumption costs of cold chain logistics distribution.Punishment costs with time window constraints are included in the total cost calculation.A functional model is established with the objective of minimizing the total cost,and relevant constraints are set up at the same time.(4)Finally,according to the actual situation of the problem and comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various algorithms,the genetic algorithm is selected to solve the objective function.By taking D fresh distribution route as an example,collecting relevant data,using MATLAB software to program,and simulating operation to get the optimal solution,the optimization of D fresh logistics vehicle distribution route is realized.The innovation of this paper is as follows: Vehicle routing optimization is an urgent problem to be solved in the actual distribution process.Based on the practical problems faced by vehicle routing optimization,this paper elaborates the relevant theoretical research,establishes a path optimization model with time window restriction and minimum cost as the objective function,designs genetic algorithm to solve the objective function,and finally uses MATLAB to simulate and solve an example.The optimal objective function value and the optimal distribution routing scheme in the actual distribution process of D fresh food are obtained.It has certain reference value for improving the quality of distribution service,timeliness of distribution and customer satisfaction of the whole industry.
