People’s demands for food quality have risen in recent years, and cold-chain logistics distribution has become an increasingly important part of our lives.Cold-chain logistics provides fresh products with a constant low temperature environment, greatly ensuring cold-chain products of good quality and freshness into the hands of customers, and it also satisfies people’s demand for food quality.Refrigeration equipment,on the other hand, will surely increase fuel consumption and harm the environment during operation.Due to the unique nature of cold chain logistics,if the maximum guarantee of cold-chain distribution in low temperature environments, guaranteeing the freshness of fresh products,is bound to lead to rising distribution costs and increased pollution of the environment,if the control of cold chain logistics distribution and pollution of the environment by reducing costs,it is difficult to guarantee the cold-chain distribution products to the requirements of cold-chain distribution. As a result, how to strike a balance between the two,not only to keep total distribution costs low,but also to reduce pollution and ensure the quality of cold chain products, and to achieve green,low-carbon,and efficient cold chain distribution through scientific and reasonable distribution line planning,is one of the most pressing issues facing the industry today.Based on the foregoing, this paper conducted research on cold chain logistics path optimization. The optimization of cold chain logistics distribution path is investigated by reviewing and assessing existing research results.First and foremost, the current state of research and important theories are summarized and examined. The starting point and innovation point of this paper are developed on the basis of past studies and pertinent theories, providing theoretical foundation for the production of the entire piece.Second,a model is developed to reduce the total cost, which is made up of six sections.Customers’ expectations for a time span, for example, have a direct impact on customer happiness. The maximum customer pleasure is translated into the smallest penalty cost of time frame in this article. At the same time, carbon emission is translated into carbon emission cost, which is then added to the total objective function, taking into account the least amount of pollution caused to the environment during the distribution process.Under applicable restrictions, the VRP model of cold chain logistics is built, taking into account the time window and carbon emissions. Then, aiming at the limitations of the traditional genetic algorithm, the elite retention strategy, reverse operation and immigration strategy are combined with it,and the principle and steps of the improved genetic algorithm designed in this paper are summarized. Finally, the status quo of the cold chain distribution of enterprise A is analyzed, and the case of the cold chain distribution of enterprise A is solved in the MATLAB environment by using the constructed model and algorithm, and the optimal distribution path is planned for enterprise A with the improved genetic algorithm, which verifies the effectiveness of the model and design algorithm constructed in this paper. On this foundation,a sensitivity analysis is conducted on key aspects impacting carbon emissions and total cost, resulting in recommendations and decision-making guidance for cold chain companies and departments in enhancing logistics distribution.
