Research On Archive Information Service From The Perspective Of Immersion Experience

With the rapid development of technologies such as artificial intelligence,cloud computing,and immersive cloud XR,as well as the continuous penetration and integration of virtualized scenarios created by metauniverses,digital twins,and virtual reality in archive information services,archive users have increasingly frequent interactions with archive information services and their surrounding environments,making archive information services,with the application of technology,driving the continuous evolution of user experience towards immersive evolution.From the perspective of immersive experience,archive information services capture the needs and trends of archive users,purposefully create attractive service scenarios for archive users,and use the dynamic combination of visual,listening,and other factors to trigger changes in the sensory perception and emotional experience of archive users,enabling archive users to show interest and attention to the service content,thereby stimulating the immersive experience of archive users.A good immersion experience can not only enhance the focus and participation of archive users,but also enhance their satisfaction and sense of identity with the service.With the application of technology,the service mode of archives information services is also shifting towards scenarioization,bridging the relationship between users,scenarios,and services.By controlling archives service scenarios,users are aggregated to maximize the needs of archives users,creating a good user immersion experience,and promoting the development of archives information services towards high-quality development.This article starts from the perspective of immersive experience,combining with the current situation of archives information services,and explores the development path of archives information services from the perspective of immersive experience.Based on a detailed introduction to the current research situation at home and abroad,the background and significance of the topic selection,the research methods and innovations of the paper,the article first elaborates the connotation,characteristics,and value embodiment of archives information services from the perspective of immersion experience,using the conceptual cognition of immersion experience related theories as the starting point.Secondly,taking 31 provincial archives in China as the research object,this paper investigates the current situation of immersion experience in information services in provincial archives in China,and on the basis of summarizing its development status,it is clear that there are still some shortcomings in narrative immersion,scene immersion,sensory immersion,interactive immersion,and other aspects of information services in archives from the current perspective of immersion experience.Finally,aiming at the existing problems,this paper proposes the development path of archives information services from four perspectives:deepening the narrative immersion experience of archives information services,constructing the scene immersion experience of archives information services,promoting the sensory immersion experience of archives information services,and strengthening the interactive immersion experience of archives information services.
