Research To The Service On Archives Information Of The User-oriented With Their Demand

"People-oriented" scientific concept of development as well as the rapid developmentof network, gave the traditional archival information services have a great impact. Archivalcommunity are also moving files with user-centered information service model development.Therefore, the file information services from a user perspective, the research is extremelyimportant.In this paper, the needs of users as a starting point，analysis the present situation of theChina Archives Information Service Modes. The author through to the archives informationthe users themselves, users demand theory research, the user information demand of userdemand theory and the analysis of four respects, for it has laid a solid theoretical foundation.Archive user needs questionnaire survey, as the archives users demand theory studies providedata support, and through questionnaire found that the current archives information servicecharacteristic and deficiency, cause behind the optimization strategy is more targeted. Finally,put forward from four aspects to the user as the center of the archives information serviceoptimization strategy.Full-text is divided into five chapters: Chapter1is an introduction, including theresearch background, significance, methods, contents and development of domestic andforeign. Chapter2is overview of the archival information services. Chapter3is analyses thearchives users need. Chapter4is questionnaire, in many ways for users to archiveinformation service awareness and demand, revealed the file information service deficiency.Chapter5is a center with the user of the archives information service optimization strategyresearch, on the base of a lot of the theoretical analysis and practical survey, propose a seriesof optimization strategies from the four major aspects.
