| Archival users are the subject of using archives.In the past,archival studies mostly analyzed its internal laws from the perspective of archives.Research from the subject of using archives has become a hotspot in the field of archives research in recent years.In modern society,the archives work that wants to get the sustainable development must be satisfied with the needs and use of archives of archive users.In real life,demand is the core factor for archive users to generate utilization behavior.Any behavior has its causal connection.Archive users need to use information and then begin to use behavior.Different goals and problems make users have different needs.User needs Shows the characteristics of diversity and difference,and the use psychology of users due to demand is also changing,and the information use behavior of archive users also changes accordingly.Under the existing legal framework,around the "people-oriented" service concept,archival agencies need to analyze user psychology,study user information behavior,explore their actual and potential needs,and improve their work according to user needs.This article first introduces the research background and research significance,and then explains the related concepts of archive users,information utilization behavior and related theories of information behavior and social psychology involved in the research,and integrates the current research status of information utilization behavior at home and abroad.Questionnaires were distributed through the Internet,and the following research results were analyzed: For users who have used archives,whether it is a physical archive or an archive website,a convenient and quick query procedure is an important factor for archive users to choose to use archives;archive users' enthusiasm for using archives Not high,in a passive file checking state;currently the user feedback service of the file department is not in place.For users who have not used archives,although most users have a clearer understanding of the value of archives as an important information resource,they have a low perception of archives and are on the sidelines or unwilling to try using archives easily.The attitude reflects the lack of archive awareness of potential archive users,and the imperfect software and hardware facilities of archives.On the basis of the above research results,the author used in-depth interviews to understand the use behaviors of archive users to further verify the authenticity and reliability of the above conclusions.Through interviews with 19 interviewees,and summarized their answers,we found that users are common It is believed that the current archives still have problems such as insufficient collection content,inconvenient access to archive resources,low degree of digitization of archives,and incomplete functions of the archives website.Based on the research results of questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews,this article summarizes the use behaviors of archive users and the shortcomings of current archives work,and puts forward targeted suggestions for future archives work: simplifying archives utilization procedures,strengthening the development of archives resources,Build a one-stop service platform for archives,strengthen two-way communication between archives and users,strengthen archives publicity,and improve users' awareness of using archives. |
