User experience is a new service concept that has emerged with the advent of the experience economy era,especially in the context of the internet + and the rise of big data,mainly in line with user experience-based,User needs-based core idea to provide services for users,more and more service industries in the development of more attention to the value of user experience.As an important part of the service system of Digital Archives,reference and Consultation Service of Digital Archives is also an important way of communication between digital archives and users,in order to improve the quality of Reference Service and improve the service system of digital archives,it is necessary for the digital archives to start from the angle of users,make clear their needs and understand their perceptions,creating a more positive and friendly user experience for users is the only way for the future development of the reference service of digital archives.Under the guidance of the concept of user experience paramountcy and people-oriented service,this paper analyzes the current situation of Reference Service carried out by digital archives in some provinces,cities and districts in China from the unique perspective of user experience,it includes the following aspects: First,make clear the connotation of user experience,including the concept of user experience and the characteristics of user experience,and then make clear the influence factors of user experience;Secondly,the connotation of the Reference Service of the Digital Archives is clarified,so that the characteristics of the reference service of the digital archives can be understood in all directions and from many angles,which will pave the way for the further evaluation of the reference service.Secondly,it evaluates the Reference Service of the digital archives mainly by means of questionnaire survey,summarizes the current situation of the reference service of the digital archives,and affirms the achievements made in its development process,at the same time,we also find that there are some problems in the service concept,service mode,service resources,resource sharing,personalized service and experience feedback.And finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions to the problems found in the evaluation:changing the service idea of taking the user as the center,optimizing the service mode of taking the user as the leading part,strengthening the innovative service consciousness of taking the user as the main part,enriching the information resourcesof taking the user as the core,constructing the personalized service system of taking the user as the base,perfecting the experience feedback mechanism of taking the user as the element.
