Research On The Construction And Function Realization Of My Country's Urban Memory Action Syste

Since UNESCO launched Memory of the World Project,archives and memory have gradually become a hot topic in the archival field.With the deepening of theoretical research and the development of practical work,provincial and municipal archives departments have successively carried out city memory projects to collect and sort out a large number of materials that can reflect city history and culture,and integrate and release them to build city memory with local characteristics.The capital cities of our country have all carried out city memory project until today,and the archives department has a certain experience in the practice of city memory,the built city memory plays an important role in extending history and maintaining the face of the city,etc.In the 14 th Five-Year Plan for Chinese National Archives Development issued by the State Office of the People’s Republic of China in 2021,it is emphasized that the National memory project should be carried out in the new era and new achievements,and the archival memory projects that can reflect the achievements of The Times should be carried out.Provinces have responded to the call to incorporate the implementation of memory projects into their planning,and topics related to memory have once again attracted attention.At present,the city memory projects led by the archives department have been completed and made some achievements,but there are still some shortcomings in maintaining the sustainable development of city memory.How to realize the new development of city memory on the basis of the existing,whether there is a basic driving force to maintain its long-term development,and how to realize the sustainable development of city memory will be discussed in this paper.First of all,with the help of the analysis framework of theoretical travel,this paper combs the historical evolution process of Chinese city memory theory and clarifies the future development direction of city memory theory.Research on the practice of the city memory in our country,that is,various file departments carry out a research and analysis on the city memory constructed by various archives departments,then summarize the relevant results and areas to be improved;Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of archival departments in constructing city memory in the current environment,as well as the coping strategies in the face of opportunities and threats.On the basis of clear development direction of city memory theory and practice in our country,using Parsons’ structural functionalism theory and combining with the reality of our country,set up the structural framework of future city memory,this paper explains the rationality of the application of structural functionalism to the theoretical analysis of city memory,and holds that the relevant theories of structural functionalism will provide a new perspective for the theoretical research of city memory and a new idea for the development of city memory.Subsequently,using Parsons’ social system theory and structural function model to divide the basic units and components of city memory,it is concluded that the basic units of city memory action system are composed of four parts: archivists,objectives,circumstances and concepts,namely unit action.The city memory action system is composed of four subsystems,namely,social system,behavioral organic system,personality system and cultural system,and the specific content of each subsystem is explained.Then,the "AGIL diagram" is used to explain the functions and relationships of each subsystem,that is,the behavioral organic system plays the function of adaptation,the personality system plays the function of goal attainment,the social system plays the function of integration,and the cultural system plays the function of latency.A complete structural and functional framework of the city memory action system is built.Finally,with the function realization of the four subsystems as the breakthrough point,this paper analyzes how to maintain the continuous operation of the city memory action system in the archives department and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
