Research On The Selection Of Third Party Logistics Supplier Under The Concept Of Sustainable Development

With the process of global economic integration,market competition is becoming more and more fiercer.In order to maintain their competitive advantage and improve their core competitiveness,enterprise must outsource non-core resources and business to third-party logistics enterprises.The third-party logistics play an irreplaceable role in the enterprise competition.So the choice of third-party logistics providers is crucial to logistics demand enterprises.At the same time,with the global warming and the deterioration of the ecological environment,an international sustainable development is gradually unfolding.As the world's second-largest economy,China plays an important role in the movement,put forward the concept of sustainable development,and implemented a series of measures,so as to promote the sustainable development of China's economy.Therefore,enterprises need to select third-party logistics providers under the new requirements of sustainable development,so as to maintain the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises,at the same time realize the sustainable development of enterprises to achieve the effect of multi-win.Based on such a background,this paper first introduces the relevant theories of third-party logistics and the related overview of sustainable development,and then analyses the relevant literature on the evaluation indicators and method of third-party logistics supplier selection at home and abroad.On the basis of the relevant literature on third-party logistics provider selection,and combined with the new requirements of the concept of sustainable development,it summarizes the main indicators of the company on how to select the third-party logistics providers.The main indicators in the process of supplier selection of third-party logistics,combined with the actual situation and characteristics of the case company itself,constructed a set of evaluation system containing 12 indicators.The evaluation indicators are analyzed by the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.Firstly,the interpretive structural modeling(ISM)method is used to qualitatively analyze the relationship between the 12 indicators,and the hierarchical structure diagram is drawn,which lays the foundation for the construction of the network structural diagram of the analytic network process(ANP).Secondly,on the basis of the relationship among the indicators,the analytic network process(ANP)is used to quantitatively analyze the 12 indicators.Combining with the relevant principles of the analytic network process(ANP), the network structure model is constructed.At the same time,two-two judgment matrices are established.Data are obtained through expert interviews,and the weight of each evaluation indicator is calculated and analyzed.Finally,the grey system comprehensive evaluation method is used to select the candidate third-party logistics providers,rank the priority of the candidate third-party logistics providers,and select the appropriate third-party logistics providers,which provides a theoretical basis for the case company to choose the third-party logistics providers under the concept of sustainable development.
