As a complex activity, memory has both natural and social properties. Before the invention of writing, people had begun to store information outside the brain by means of knotting notes, stone carving, etc.,which freed the memory from the shackles of the absolute individual physiological significance.Today, with electronic media technology sweeping the world, people pay more attention to the deep mining and lateral reflection of memory, and try to empower the phenomenal world subjectively and actively. This paper firstly summarizes and sorts out the paradigm theory of archival post-storage,urban memory and the relationship among them, thus laying a solid theoretical foundation for the comprehensive data platform of urban memory in the later period.Secondly, this paper analyzes The Venice Time Machine,The Memory Project,Queens Memory,Singapore Memory Project,Florida Memory and other projects by using The behavior investigation method, proposes The organizational structure and operation mode of The "one core and multiple" mode, and determines The organizational construction of The urban Memory comprehensive data platform;Thirdly,by referring to the "thinking" and "method" of the macro identification theory, source view theory and knowledge service theory, the theoretical framework and relationship framework of the urban memory comprehensive data platform are constructed, and the PHP language and UML language are used to complete the system analysis, system design and system implementation of the urban memory comprehensive data platform. Finally,TOPSIS algorithm is used to complete the empirical analysis of urban memory comprehensive data platform, and corresponding safeguard measures are proposed.
