Quantitative Research On The Domestic Service Policy Text In My Country From A Three-dimensional Perspectiv

With the miniaturization of families in China,the acceleration of population aging,and the implementation of the three-child policy,residents’ demand for domestic service is increasingly strong,and the domestic service industry is facing huge development opportunities.In addition,as a typical labor-intensive industry,domestic service industry also plays an important role in promoting the transfer of rural surplus labor force to employment and promoting rural revitalization.Therefore,our government attaches great importance to the development of domestic service industry and has issued a series of policy documents.As domestic service industry is in a critical period of development,it is very important for the policy to be scientific and rational.Based on this,this paper starts from the policy text,analyzes the domestic service policy issued by the central level,and puts forward targeted suggestions according to the existing problems,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.This paper takes 43 selected domestic service policy texts as the research object,uses content analysis method and statistical analysis method as research methods,and builds an analysis framework from three dimensions of policy tools,policy objectives and policy intensity according to the development characteristics of domestic service industry and previous research results.The Nvivo qualitative analysis software was used to encode 43 domestic service policy texts,and statistical analysis tools were used to conduct quantitative analysis of the encoding results.The research results showed that there were the following problems in domestic service policies: first,the application of policy tools was not coordinated;Second,the overall strength of the policy is weak;Third,the policy goal of the policy intensity is not balanced;Fourth,there is insufficient matching between policy instruments and policy objectives.To solve the above problems,this study puts forward specific suggestions from four aspects: balanced application of policy tools,improvement of overall policy intensity,balanced policy intensity of policy objectives,and improvement of matching between policy tools and policy objectives,in order to provide references for the formulation and adjustment of domestic service policies in the future.
