economy,financial digital transformation has become an important part to help enterprises create value.As an emerging industry,high-tech enterprises must keep up with the trend of development of The Times and explore the innovation path suitable for their own development in the process of financial digital transformation.For high-tech enterprises,exploring how to design the financial digital transformation road,how to evaluate the transformation effect,as well as the reasons for the realization of the financial digital transformation effect and other related content is a new issue that needs to be discussed by the theoretical and practical circles.Therefore,it is of great significance to systematically and comprehensively study the digital transformation of corporate finance and its influencing factors.This thesis aims at the path of financial digital transformation,the effect evaluation of enterprise financial digital transformation and the causes of effect realization and other related content,and take the financial digital transformation benchmarking enterprise--ZTE as the representative,in-depth discussion.This thesis is composed of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction of this thesis.Firstly,the background and significance of the current research on the digital transformation of corporate finance are reviewed.Secondly,it combs the research status of domestic and foreign financial digital transformation,such as meaning,path,effect evaluation and effect formation reasons.Thirdly,the research ideas and methods are combed.Finally,the framework of the thesis is summarized.The second chapter is the financial digital transformation effect evaluation and causes of the theoretical overview.First of all,it introduces the effect evaluation of financial digital transformation and the related connotation of its causes,and clarifies the concept and goal of financial digital transformation.Secondly,it introduces the effect evaluation methods such as balanced scorecard,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.This thesis uses analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on balanced scorecard to construct the effect evaluation system of financial digital transformation.Thirdly,it analyzes the causes of financial digital transformation from the aspects of technological innovation,personnel development and data construction.Finally,the theoretical basis of this thesis is introduced,including three theories including flatness theory,economies of scale theory and process reengineering theory.The third chapter is the basic introduction of ZTE’s financial digital transformation.First of all,it introduces the general situation of ZTE and the practice of its financial transformation.Secondly,it summarizes the safeguard measures of ZTE in the process of financial digital transformation.Finally,the thesis summarizes the implementation path of ZTE’s financial digital transformation:(1)Optimize the level of financial structure;(2)Unified business standards and process specifications;(3)Promote the construction of integrated information systems;(4)Forming automation technology application scenarios.The fourth chapter is the effect evaluation of ZTE’s financial digital transformation.This thesis combines qualitative and quantitative methods,the balanced scorecard,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to build the evaluation index system of ZTE Communication’s financial digital transformation.First,the questionnaire data of 10 experts are used to assign weights to each evaluation index by AHP.Secondly,a scientific and reasonable effect evaluation system is constructed by combining the relative weight calculated by the analytic hierarchy process with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The fifth chapter is the cause of the realization of ZTE’s financial digital transformation effect.The financial digital transformation of ZTE mainly includes three parts:(1)Technological innovation to help enterprise value creation;(2)Talent training mechanism to stimulate the internal motivation of employees;(3)Data value chain promotes internal process optimization.The sixth chapter is the research conclusion and enlightenment.The main conclusions of this thesis are as follows:(1)Constructing digital scenarios to help enterprises reduce costs and
