| In an information-led era,big data plays a vital role in providing, insight and prediction.Business seeks to find value in their data to create new products and services to meet changing needs. The rapid growth of Big Data has led businesses to focus increasingly on managing internal and external data to seize new opportunities suitable for sustaining their competitive advantage.Through big data analysis, enterprises can tap and utilize their internal core resources, effectively access external resources and value information, identify market opportunities in time to adjust their knowledge management strategies and improve their open innovation. In the process of using big data, the dynamic changing nature of the environment has a certain impact on the construction of the internal knowledge management network of enterprises. Therefore, this paper conducts a study through a combination of literature review method, questionnaire survey and empirical research.Based on dynamic capability theory and knowledge base view, this paper proposes the hypothesis of this paper, aiming to explore the relationship between big data analysis capability and open innovation performance, and to examine the mediating role of knowledge management capability in it,as well as the moderating role of environmental dynamics between big data analysis capability and knowledge management capability. In this study,544 samples from different industries were collected using a questionnaire, and the data were analyzed and validated using statistical analysis software Amos and SPSS.The results show that big data analysis capability has a significant positive impact on open innovation performance, while knowledge management capability plays a mediating role.Specifically, that is,through effective knowledge management capabilities, companies are able to better utilize their big data analytics capabilities, thus contributing to the improvement of open innovation performance.Furthermore, the results of the data analysis indicate that the more dynamic the environment in which a firm operates, the weaker the positive effect of big data analytics capabilities on knowledge management capabilities,i.e.it does not contribute. The results of this study provide important practical implications for companies in improving their big data analytics capabilities and open innovation performance, and offer new ideas and perspectives for related academic research. |
