Research On The Relationship Between Big Data Capabilities,Supply Chain Dynamic Capabilities And Dynamic Innovation Capabilities

Big data is a result of the development of information technology and a new stage following the development of personal computers and the Internet.But at present,big data is mainly used in personal services.With the implementation of China's "manufacturing power" strategic deployment,the application of big data in the manufacturing industry has begun to attract the attention of enterprises and scholars.In addition,existing research generally acknowledges the impact of big data on corporate innovation,then,what is the relationship of supply chain management,which is closely related to the development of information technology,with big data and corporate innovation?From the perspective of dynamic capabilities,this research proposes a research model on the relationship amongst big data capabilities,supply chain dynamic capabilities,and dynamic innovation capabilities based on literature review and theoretical derivation.With the inspiration from previous studies,the big data capabilities are herein divided into resource integration capabilities,depth analysis capabilities,and real-time forecasting ability;supply chain dynamic capabilities are divided into supply chain operation ability,supply chain coordination ability,supply chain learning ability,and supply chain restructuring ability;meanwhile dynamic innovation capabilities are divided into insight ability,organizational flexibility,and technological innovation ability.Then,empirical research methods are designed to test the proposed relationship amongst the above three constructs.In the research method,we attempted to innovated the traditional questionnaire survey method to some extent.Instead of collecting data through the traditional questionnaire distribution method,we extract the keywords that represent the measurement items in the text data to map the actual situation of the company.This method helps to avoid subjectivity of a questionnaire survey,and the gap between subjective judgement of interviewees and corporate reality to some extent.Based on this,the research model is tested by taking use of the structural equation modelling.Finally,the results show that:(1)The direct impact of big data capabilities on dynamic innovation capabilities is weak.(2)Big data capabilities can bring opportunities to improve supply chain dynamic capabilities of an enterprise.(3)Supply chain dynamic capability could positively and significantly affect dynamic innovation capability of an enterprise.(4)Supply chain dynamic capability is an important factor that affects the relationship between big data capabilities and dynamic innovation capabilities,that is,supply chain dynamic capabilities play an important intermediary role in the relationship between big data capabilities and dynamic innovation capabilities.
