| With the emergence of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,the digital economy with data resources as an important production factor and digital transformation as an important driving force has increasingly become a new model of economic development.In the period of technological revolution represented by the Internet of Everything,cloud storage,data mining,etc.,digital technology continues to iteratively advance,the digital economy is booming,and the digital transformation of enterprises is like sailing against the current.In recent years,enterprises that have gained competitive advantages through digital transformation have emerged one after another.Mengniu Dairy has promoted the implementation of the intelligent system of benchmarking farms for digital transformation;the invisible champion Shenzhen Taipower developed a multimedia conference terminal within one month and won the United Nations bidding;The full-link digital transformation will add young wings to established companies,and so on.Digital transformation is becoming an important factor affecting the success or failure of enterprise market competition and industry development.Digital transformation inevitably brings technological upgrades and organizational changes.Enterprises will make corresponding organizational changes to improve efficiency and productivity.Therefore,this thesis studies the transformation process based on organizational change theory.In the post-epidemic era,the volatility,uncertainty,complexity and ambiguity of the external environment of enterprises have become the norm.In this new normal,the survival and development of enterprises is based on the dynamic ability to respond quickly to a volatile environment.Therefore,dynamic capability theory provides a very suitable theoretical perspective for analyzing the relationship between enterprise digital transformation and innovation performance.In addition,the resources of a single enterprise are difficult to meet the needs of innovation.Enterprises acquire digital technologies and resources through network relationship embedding,which provides a resource base for organizational innovation.In the context of digital economy,digital transformation enterprises need to use dynamic capabilities and network relationships to accumulate and reserve resources,thereby affecting the improvement of innovation performance.This thesis introduces dynamic capabilities as mediating variables and network relationship embedding as moderating variables to build a theoretical model in order to clarify the impact mechanism of digital transformation on innovation performance.Combining theoretical analysis and empirical research to test the research hypothesis,the results show that:(1)digital transformation positively promotes innovation performance;(2)dynamic capabilities play a partial mediating role between digital transformation and innovation performance;(3)network Relational embedding promotes the positive effect of digital transformation on dynamic capabilities.To sum up,this study deeply analyzes the effective approach of "digital transformation-dynamic capability-innovation performance";discusses the moderating role of network relationship embedding,promotes the progress of related research,and improves the understanding and recognition of corporate strategic behavior.Know. |
