Under the background of rapid technological change and globalization of competition, enterprises are faced with the problems of short product life cycle and diversified demand.Open innovation is widely concerned by scholars. On the one hand, open innovation can enable enterprises to absorb external ideas, exchange information and knowledge fully between enterprises and the outside, speed up product innovation, and improve the efficiency of transformation of innovation results. On the other hand, the enterprise can transfer the mature technology to the outside and improve the economic benefits of the enterprise. At the same time, open innovation can integrate the internal and external knowledge of enterprises, enable enterprises to carry out knowledge innovation according to the requirements of innovation environment, and make the process of open innovation more efficient. However,in the process of implementing open innovation, external knowledge is difficult to integrate into the innovation process, which requires the support of internal resources. As an important organizational resource in the context of open innovation, information technology provides conditions for the deployment of open innovation and plays an important role in the process of integrating internal and external knowledge for innovation. This problem has attracted the attention of researchers, but there are few studies on how IT capabilities affect open innovation performance. Therefore, this paper takes Chinese high-tech enterprises as an example to explore how IT capabilities affect open innovation performance.Based on the in-depth reading of literature, this paper puts forward relevant research hypotheses and constructs the conceptual model of this paper. The following questions are studied: First, under the background of open innovation, whether IT capability of high-tech enterprises will have a positive impact on open innovation performance;second, whether knowledge integration will play an mediating role between IT capability and open innovation performance of high-tech enterprises;finally, whether environmental dynamics will play a regulatory role between knowledge integration and open innovation performance. In order to solve the above problems, this paper uses SPSS 20.0 and Amos 22.0 to test the reliability and validity of Chinese high-tech enterprises. In this paper,IT capability is divided into four dimensions: IT infrastructure flexibility,IT integration,IT business alignment,IT management.Knowledge integration is used as an intermediary variable, and the dynamic environment is used as a regulating variable to study and analyze the relationship between variables. On this basis, the multi-level regression analysis method is used to systematically explore the impact of IT capability of high-tech enterprises on open innovation performance. The results show that the open innovation performance of enterprise IT capability(IT infrastructure flexibility,IT integration,IT business alignment,IT management)has a direct positive impact. It can not only directly affect the performance of open innovation, but also indirectly affect the performance of open innovation through knowledge integration.Knowledge integration plays an intermediary role in the relationship between IT capability and open innovation performance of high-tech enterprises.Environmental dynamics plays a regulatory role in the model.Environmental dynamics regulates the second half of the impact of IT capability of high-tech enterprises on open innovation performance through knowledge integration.
