Research On The Impact Of Big Data Capabilities Of High-tech Enterprises On Enterprise Performance

The rapid development of science and technology has expedited the renewal of various electronic software and equipment.The state has promulgated various big data policies,and big data has become a key strategic economic resource for the state and enterprises.Big data analytics can help companies gain more insight,cutting-edge and innovative knowledge.High-tech enterprises are typical knowledge-and technology-intensive enterprises in China,and as the leaders of scientific and technological innovation activities in China,big data capability is more important for their development.Today,the external environment change also increasingly complex,large data capacity will affect enterprise performance,its role in the process of whether there are other factors,the influence of these problems,is the enterprise needs to pay close attention to understand the large data capacity and the relationship between the corporate performance will help eliminate obstacles in the process of performance improvement for the enterprise.Based on the resource-based theory and dynamic capability theory,to explore the relationship of both the large data capacity and enterprise performance,in view of the large data capacity,knowledge management,enterprise performance,environmental dynamic definition of the concept of the four variables,after combing out the relationship between the variables,then according to the research questions construct knowledge management as the intermediary variable,environment dynamic model for regulating variable study.Again using the questionnaire survey to high and new technology enterprise as the research object,collect data,combined with SPSS and AMOS software for data analysis and statistical analysis method test research hypothesis and model,and then get the following conclusions:(1)the large data capacity has a significant positive influence on enterprise performance,including resource integration ability of short-term and long-term performance have significant positive influence,and depth analysis ability for negative impact on short-term performance,real-time insight and no significant impact on the short-term performance prediction ability,the ability of three dimensions of long-term performance is significantly positive influence.(2)Each dimension of big data capability has a striking positive impact on knowledge management.(3)Knowledge management has a notable positive influence on enterprise performance(short-term performance and long-term performance).(4)Knowledge management plays a mediating role between big data capability and enterprise performance.(5)Environmental dynamism positively moderates the impact of big data capability on knowledge management.Finally,this paper discusses the empirical results and analyzes the possible situation of big data capabilities in the development process,which enriches the relevant research on big data capabilities.
