| Software is the soul and foundation of the new generation of information technology and digital economic development.Based on the new development stage,the country is comprehensively promoting industrialization and large-scale application.The quantity,scale,and technical complexity of software products are increasing day by day.Software development enterprises have also applied new development models,such as multi-party cooperation,remote office,and agile development,which have gradually become normalized.With the increasingly fierce market competition,software development enterprises often carry out multiple projects simultaneously,which requires the unified allocation of manpower,material,and financial resources in the project group.How to break the information barriers between projects,effectively solve problems such as resource competition and schedule conflicts,and ultimately achieve the strategic goal of maximizing profits is an urgent dilemma that software development enterprises need to overcome,and it is also a hot research topic currently and in the future.The paper is based on multi-objective optimization theory and combines with theories and technical methods such as complex systems,project management,and collaborative management to study project group collaborative management methods.In the actual background where the traditional project management model cannot effectively solve the problems of resource conflicts and schedule conflicts in project group management,this paper focuses on the project launch process and evaluation process to deeply analyze the characteristics of project group collaborative management.Based on existing research results and appropriate modification and expansion,the paper selects 12 project group collaborative management characteristic indicators from three aspects: economic feasibility,technical feasibility,and organizational collaboration,proposes a multi-objective optimization-based software development project group collaborative management model,and proposes a solution and verification method for the model.The paper combines multi-dimensional analysis combining the quality goals,cost goals,and schedule goals of the project portfolio,a project portfolio management correction model is proposed,and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is introduced for decision-making analysis,with a focus on studying the project selection process.Finally,the paper combines the realistic scenarios of multi-party cooperation,remote office,and agile development in Q Company for empirical analysis,optimizes software development projects,and proposes a path to solve the problems.This paper has contributed valuable supplements and developments to the research of software development project group management.Based on the practical situation of the software industry,the model and methods proposed in this paper have significant reference significance for the project group management practice of software development enterprises. |
