With the development of China’s industry,data acquisition and storage systems are widely used in complex working environments such as weapons testing,oil well testing and aerospace testing.In some application scenarios,the data acquisition storage system using wired communication cannot establish communication after the system arrangement is completed,and there are certain limitations.Therefore,this paper combines wireless communication technology and designs a wireless data acquisition and storage system based on FPGA.This paper firstly designs the signal acquisition and storage scheme and wireless communication scheme for the main design objectives of the system,and determines the overall composition scheme of the system.The overall system includes signal conditioning module,data storage module,wireless communication module and power management module,using FPGA as the main control chip to realize the functions of signal acquisition and data storage.The system can send the wake-up pre-code wirelessly before use to realize the system wake-up power;after the system wakes up,wireless communication connection can be established to realize the command sending and system status acquisition;after the data acquisition and storage task is completed,the data can be recovered wirelessly.Then,according to the overall system composition scheme,the construction of wireless data acquisition and storage system is completed.In terms of hardware circuitry,a detailed analysis of each circuit module of the system was conducted,the circuit design scheme of the main parts was given,and the actual product was completed;in terms of software program,based on the hardware circuitry,the FPGA program design,the wireless communication module program design and the upper computer program design were analyzed and designed according to the design requirements,and wireless wake-up,parameter setting,data acquisition and storage,and wireless data recovery were realized.The functions of wireless wake-up,parameter setting,data acquisition and storage,wireless data recovery,etc.are implemented.The underlying driver part of FPGA is introduced and the timing simulation of some operations is carried out.Finally,the wireless data acquisition and storage system was tested in the laboratory environment for functional verification and data acquisition.The test results show that the wireless data acquisition and storage system designed in this paper achieves the designed functions,works stably and reliably,can achieve a sampling frequency of 2 MHz,can completely record the signal change process,and meets the design requirements.
