The ocean is the source of life, it is also human society an important energy base, so thestrategic position of the ocean are also constantly upgrading. Because the acoustic waveenergy is the only long-distance propagation in the sea, so it is necessary to explore the seabedby means of sound waves to transmit information, the acoustic signal acquisition becomesvery important. For this reason, the multi-channel audio signal acquisition and transmissionsystem is designed. The front-end signal is collected by the AD acquisition system.The wholesystem is being control by FPGA.Transmit data to the computer on the ground by using ofoptical fiber.Through analyzing the status quo analysis of the data acquisition system, completesoftware and hardware design FPGA-based multi-channel audio signal acquisition andtransmission system, successfully carried out the data collection and transmission experimentsvalidate the feasibility and correctness. Work done as follows:(1)The key to the system in the selection and presentation of the chip, including theanalog to digital converter chip ADS1278,88E1111Ethernet physical layer chip and FPGAchip CycloneIV series EP4CE40F23I7.(2)The hardware design of the signal conditioning modules, analog to digital conversionmodule,hardware control module and Ethernet data transmission module and so on iscompleted.(3)The software design of the data preprocessing module, string and conversion module,FIFO buffer module and data transmission module is Completed.(4)The whole system debugging and simulation tests, and collected data for a simpleanalysis.To achieve a front-end data acquisition, FPGA control and processing of data, fiber optic data transfer to a computer and data were received regression analysis.The data acquisition system than previous data acquisition system has the followingadvantages:High accuracy sampling system using24bit ADC sampling accuracy.Multi-channel sampling, can simultaneously capture signal128.Long transmission distance,the farthest distance up to10km.
