With the rapid development of radar technology,the radar signal waveform is more complicated,the signal bandwidth expands gradually.Acquisition,storage and analysis of radar IF signal is an important means of radar system development and test,the research results of this paper can be applied to electronic reconnaissance,radar communications and other fields.The paper first introduces the overall design scheme of the system,the system is divided into six modules,including acquisition/playback unit,storage unit,control unit,solid state merroy array,high speed VPX bus and PC module.Among these modules,acquisition/playback unit completes the A/D sampling and D/A playback,on the one hand,the control unit forwards the data between the acquisition/playback unit and the solid state memory array,on the other hand,it provides Gigabit Ethernet and high-speed optical fiber interface to PC,storage unit and solid state merroy array achieve the data storage,these modules realize communication between boards through the high-speed VPX bus,PC display control unit is the core of the control system,the analysis of the signal realizes signal analysis and display.The main work is as follows:1.Based on the analysis of signal bandwidth and data transmission requirements,the hardware platform of control unit uses Xilinx company XC6VHX255 T as the core.The design of control unit of FPGA data exchange and processing module of the software consists of storage and playback of optical data,sampling data and optical data switching control commands and so on,the system realizes the exchanging and processing of three data forms such as sampling data,analog IF signal and optical fiber data.2.According to the IF analog signal bandwidth and sampling rate requirements,the system uses TI company ADS42JB69 analog-to-digital conversion chip to achieve a sampling rate of 250 Msps,a resolution of 16 bits signal sampling.Based on Xilinx XC6VLX240 T chip,the data processing module of the acquisition/playback unit is designed to complete the acquisition control and sampled data processing,at the same time,the module achieves data communication with control unit through the GTX high-speed serial interface.3.The software of the display control unit and the signal analysis unit is designed and developed.The time domain and frequency domain model of signal analysis are established.The signal analysis software is developed by using C++ language and MATLAB mixed programming to realize the time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis of radar signal.4.The system test environment is built,the debugging and verification of the system function are completed,and the functional modules such as the control command flow module,the optical fiber data,the sampled data and the storage playback are tested.The test results verify the feasibility and correctness of the system design.
