Abstract/Summary:
From 1983 to 2023,the China Media Group Spring Festival Gala(hereinafter referred to as the Spring Festival Gala)has experienced 40 years.As a special form of Chinese TV literature and art,the Spring Festival Gala has become an important carrier to spread Spring Festival culture.As the main component of the whole party,the host plays an indispensable role in expressing the theme of the party and conveying the will of the party.To some extent,the changes in the composition structure,communication style and image of the host represent the changes of the Spring Festival Gala and even the contemporary social and cultural landscape.Supported by the theory of cultural memory,this paper takes the host of the Spring Festival Gala as the research object,adopts the research method combining content analysis and discourse analysis to carry out text analysis,and studies the development and evolution of the host of the Spring Festival Gala in the past 40 years and the production process of memory.The aim is to discuss how the host of the Spring Festival Gala constructs the cultural memory so as to realize the cultural identity of the nation.This paper is divided into four parts.The introduction makes a detailed review of the origin,significance,literature review and research methods to build a foundation for the research of the full text.The first part mainly divides and combs the text object in stages,explores the origin background of Spring Festival Gala and the development course of Spring Festival Gala host.The second part makes a diachronic investigation of the memory symbols of the Spring Festival Gala host,and analyzes the change trends of the host’s structure composition,communication style,sound image and so on in the past 40 years,and discusses its corresponding aesthetic paradigm,cultural metaphor needs and symbols of The Times.The third part focuses on the construction process of the cultural identity of the Spring Festival Gala host and systematically analyzes the construction of the host himself and the external media.The fourth part,from a macro perspective,introspects the difficulties faced by the host of the Spring Festival Gala in the process of constructing cultural memory and puts forward feasible measures and suggestions for the existing problems.
