Research On The Construction Of Financial Shared Service Center From The Perspective Of Industry And Finance Convergence

New information technologies,such as big data,cloud storage and cloud computing,are constantly emerging.Economic globalization is pushing forward,and a wave of transnational operations is sweeping the world.In order to break through the increasingly prominent management limitations,enterprises with large operation scale begin to implement the practice of financial sharing.Many foreign enterprises have expanded their business territory to China,and the concept of financial sharing has spread rapidly in China,opening an era of exploration of domestic financial sharing service mode.However,with the development of economy,the financial Shared service center focusing only on basic accounting type finance can no longer adapt to the new situation of market economy development.Enterprises are in urgent need of building an information system platform for deep integration of business and finance,but how to build such a platform and how to deepen the integration of business and finance in practice are urgent problems to be explored at present.Based on this,this paper expounds how to integrate financial sharing and financial integration through literature research and case study,and constructs a business-oriented financial sharing service center based on the perspective of financial integration.Firstly,the concepts and theoretical basis of financial sharing,financial sharing service center,industry and finance integration are discussed.Secondly,from the construction path,planning and design,information system construction,risk management and other aspects of the financial sharing service center construction process;Taking Z Company as the object of case study,this paper explores the experience of building the financial Shared service center of Z Company from the perspective of industry and finance integration from a practical perspective,and proposes improvement measures for the existing problems of Z Company's financial Shared service center.Finally,combining with the emerging technology,the future development trend of financial Shared service center is prospected.Z Company is not only a leading enterprise in rail transit industry,but also an equipment manufacturing enterprise,and a pioneer in the construction of financial sharing center in the industry.Based on relevant financial theory research,this paper expounds the construction process and implementation effect of Z Company's financial Shared service center.At the same time,the paper also summarizes and analyzes the construction process,risk control and performance management of the financial-sharing service center,which is business-oriented and features deepening industry-finance integration,as well as how the financial-sharing service center provides guarantee for the implementation of industry-finance integration.This article through studies the Z company how to build a business drivers,functions of the system integration and separation of the process of financial Shared services center,the following conclusions: first,enterprise group should make full use of the information hub advantage of financial Shared services center,provide the whole process of enterprise management,high quality financial services;Second,financial integration and financial sharing are closely linked,complementary and collaborative development;Third,financial information system unification,financial organization structure adjustment,process standardization,in-depth business departments and professional project team are the key elements of the construction of financial Shared service center;Fourth,deepening the industry and finance integration can promote the optimization of financial sharing service center and improve the efficiency.Business and finance integration can promote the development of enterprises towards intelligent financial automation,further control the operation cost and improve the level of enterprise operation and management.
