In the digital era,enterprises gradually transition to efficient operation,scientific decision-making and market insight based on data.However,how to more efficiently mine and use the value of data to enhance the creativity and vitality within the enterprise has also become an urgent problem for enterprises and scholars.How to understand the relationship between building big data capabilities and entrepreneurial activities within the organization?Big data capability is a high-level capability built based on the heterogeneous resources of enterprises,covering the aspects of big data infrastructure,big data analysis and the deep integration of big data and enterprise business.At present,scholars have conducted extensive research on big data capability from the perspectives of resource-based view,dynamic capability theory and knowledge-based theory,and comprehensively discussed its connotation and extension.This study notes that most of the existing research on big data capabilities and entrepreneurship focuses on corporate entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship,but less on the relationship between big data capabilities and intrapreneurship.Intrapreneurship is an important innovation and entrepreneurial activity within the enterprise and is regarded as an important driving force for enterprise innovation and strategic renewal.However,the current understanding of the connection point between big data capability and internal entrepreneurship is vague,resulting in insufficient excavation and utilization of internal resources.Therefore,according to the resource arrangement theory and other relevant research,this study clarifies the big data capability from the perspective of data resources,and discusses how different dimensions of big data capability affect the intrapreneurial activities of enterprises,with emphasis on the differential impact of big data capability on intrapreneurial activities through different ways of resource integration.In addition,this paper also studies how the entrepreneurial orientation of enterprises promotes intrapreneurship through influencing resource integration,and discusses the boundary conditions between them.In order to solve the above problems,this study collects data in two stages according to predetermined standards through online and offline channels.Using R statistical software,the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics in stages,and the reliability and validity were tested,so that the questionnaire was simplified and optimized.Finally,through correlation analysis,intermediary and regulatory effect analysis,the following conclusions were obtained:(1)Different dimensions of big data capabilities have a positive impact on resource integration.Among them,big data integration ability,big data application ability and big data management ability can positively affect resource acquisition and resource allocation.(2)The impact of big data capabilities on intrapreneurship is mediated by resource integration.Big data integration capabilities,big data application capabilities,and big data management capabilities can positively influence intrapreneurship by promoting resource acquisition and resource allocation.(3)Entrepreneurial orientation can positively moderate the relationship between resource integration and intrapreneurship.The conclusions of this study have a certain theoretical contribution to the understanding of resource integration as a key link between big data capability and intrapreneurship and can provide practical enlightenment for enterprises to optimize resource management and promote internal entrepreneurial activities by using big data. |
