With the deepening of economic globalization and the development of entrepreneurial economy,increasingly fierce competition has become the new norm in business.Many domestic enterprises have begun to enter the overseas market for second startup.It is the key for International enterprises to choose or adjust the strategic direction effectively and scientifically to obtain international entrepreneurial performance and realize sustainable development,in the complex and changeable environment of the international market.But what is the dual strategic orientation of enterprises in the process of international entrepreneurship?How does the dual strategic orientation affect the performance of international entrepreneurship?These problems remain unsolved.Based on the above problems and relevant research status,this paper adopts the exploratory multi-case study method to systematically analyze the influence mechanism of enterprise dual strategic orientation on international entrepreneurial performance.First of all,look for the current research deficiencies or gaps through the systematic review of the related theory and literature to develop the theoretical analysis framework.Secondly,through a single case analysis was conducted on Huawei and Haier respectively,this paper aims to explore how the dual strategic orientation of enterprises affects the performance of international entrepreneurship.After that,through the comparative analysis of the two case study samples,mechanism model of the influence of enterprise dual strategic orientation on international entrepreneurial performance is extracted.Finally,the paper summarizes the theoretical contributions of this study and provides management enlightenment for international enterprises to formulate strategic orientation and to acquire the better international entrepreneurial performance.It is found that the composition of dual strategic orientation is different in different stages of international entrepreneurship.On the basis of the coordination of technology orientation and market orientation,the enterprise's dual strategic orientation has experienced the evolution process of market seeking,technology catching up--market expansion,technology competition--market penetration and technology leading.The study found that the different dual strategic orientation of enterprises would affect enterprises' resource scheduling behavior.And then,enterprises establish the resource scheduling mode matching with the strategic orientation,which would affect the construction of enterprises' dynamic capability and ultimately affect the international entrepreneurial performance.In addition,with the evolution of the international entrepreneurial stage,the international entrepreneurial performance acquired by enterprises varies.The survival performance acquired in the initial stage of international entrepreneurship is relatively significant,the growth performance acquired in the growth stage is more significant,and the competition performance acquired in the mature stage is more significant.This study initially formed a theoretical exploration about enterprises' dual strategy orientation elements in the International entrepreneurial process,and clarified the influence process of dual strategic orientation on international entrepreneurial performance.And it will provide certain reference and new ideas for international enterprises to make strategy orientation to get better international business performance.
