The international entrepreneurial orientation is an important organizational variable that reflects the overall innovativeness, proactiveness and risk-taking of the internationalized enterprise in the process of international entrepreneurship. The existing contradictions on international entrepreneurial orientation research mainly focus on whether the relationship between international entrepreneurial orientation and international performance is positively related, and whether the sub-dimensions of(international)entrepreneurial orientation are related to international performance. This paper aims to solve this problem using meta-analysis and case analysis.Previous researches have proved that there are large differences in entrepreneurial activities among different countries, and this difference is relatively stable.Institutional theory shows that the desirability and feasibility of entrepreneurship is determined by the environment in which they live. The difference in performance of international entrepreneurship may stem from the influence of national culture and macroeconomic factors.Culture exists at multiple levels, including national, industrial and organizational levels.Culture interact at different levels and lead to large differences in cross-cultural entrepreneurial activities, while national wealth can lay the foundation for its entrepreneurial climate,so this paper will explore the role of national culture and macroeconomics in regulating the relationship between international entrepreneurial and international performance. This article includes five chapters. The first two chapters are the introduction and theoretical review sections, paving the way for the subsequent chapters. The third chapter, the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter are the core parts of the thesis.Thesixth chapter is the research conclusion and prospect.First of all, this paper begins to introduce significance, purposes and contents and basic ideas of the research. In this part, this paper determines the choice of the cultural dimension—using the four dimensions of GLOBE culture: power distance, uncertainty avoidance,individualism/collectivism,and decision-making dimension. In the third chapter,we suggest the theoretical hypothesis. And at the end of this part, the theoretical framework of the factors affecting international entrepreneurship by national culture and macroeconomics is constructed. In the fourth chapter, the meta-analysis method is introduced. The data source and variable metric are explained. Then, the hypothesis was verified by meta-analysis and Bivariate Moderator Analysis, and the results of the Bivariate Moderator Analysis were further verified by meta-regression.Finally,it analyzes the influence of cultural factors and economic factors on the relationship between international entrepreneurial orientation and international performance. After that,we analyze and summarize the hypothesis results. In the fifth chapter, the paper selects representative companies from the United States,South Korea,Samsung, and China, using grounded theory and case analysis to illustrate the entrepreneurial characteristics of multinational corporations' international business operations. It also explores the influence of the economic factors and cultural factors on international entrepreneurial behavior. The conclusions and prospects of the paper summarize the full text, and put forward the research conclusions and the direction of further research in the future.
