| In the context of deep integration between manufacturing and logistics industries,deep integration of online and offline,and effective collaboration between manufacturers and retailers in new retail have become the mainstream operating mode of enterprise supply chains.The full time,all category,and all channel shopping services of new retail have greatly improved users’ consumption experience and efficiency,but demand uncertainty has significantly increased,making supply chain coordination difficult.The new retail supply chain often uses lateral transportation to achieve inventory sharing among supply chain members,in order to cope with the huge uncertainty of market demand.This article takes a typical new retail supply chain composed of a manufacturer with an online sales platform and multiple offline retailers as the research object,and studies the construction of a new coordination strategy of organic integrated inventory transfer mechanism,coordination center mechanism,and mixed contract.The study focuses on the coordination problem of the new retail supply chain,in order to achieve effective collaboration and efficient operation of the supply chain.The main research content and achievements of this article are as follows:(1)Propose a hybrid coordination strategy based on horizontal transfer inventory and coordination center mechanism,and construct a new retail supply chain model to explore the coordination effect of the hybrid coordination strategy.In a hybrid strategy,the horizontal transfer mechanism achieves inventory sharing between online and offline,upstream and downstream supply chain members,and peer supply chain members,while the coordination center achieves the sharing of inventory surplus information and shortage information among supply chain members.According to the principle of nearby distribution,the centralized and unified coordination of inventory transfer and allocation is carried out to efficiently achieve supply and demand matching,Thus,the complex multi to many inventory transfer relationship between members can be transformed into a one to many transfer relationship.The example shows that the hybrid strategy of horizontal transportation and coordination center mechanism can effectively achieve supply and demand matching,achieve the goal of Pareto improvement in the supply chain,significantly improve the performance of the supply chain,and reduce inventory holding risks and out of stock losses in the supply chain.(2)In order to further improve the efficiency of coordination,a new coordination mechanism is formed by organically integrating horizontal transportation mechanism,coordination center mechanism,and hybrid contract.A new retail supply chain model based on the new coordination mechanism is studied and constructed.Among them,the horizontal transfer mechanism achieves the sharing of inventory among supply chain members,and the coordination center uniformly adjusts inventory surplus and shortage according to the principle of nearby distribution.The mixed contract integrates revenue sharing and repurchase contracts,and uses repurchase contracts between manufacturers and retailers for coordination.All members use revenue sharing contracts for coordination.The example shows that the new coordination mechanism can achieve Pareto optimality in the supply chain.(3)On the basis of fully understanding the coordination mechanism of mixed contracts,research a simple,effective,easy-to-use and practical heuristic coordination strategy for the supply chain.Integrate heuristic transshipment pricing mechanism,coordination center mechanism,and horizontal transshipment mechanism organically to solve the problem of complex and difficult to apply coordinated transshipment price function,and make the performance of the supply chain system close to optimal.The example shows that,.Heuristic transfer pricing rules can effectively coordinate the transfer between supply chain members,transforming the transfer prices between two supply chain members into transfer prices between each member and the coordination center,significantly reducingthe complexity of supply chain coordination and making the performance of the supply chain approach the optimal value. |
