With the rapid development of global economy and increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises are facing with greater challenges and opportunities. Supply chain management is being paid more and more attention by enterprises' managers as an important method to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. The supply chain of which the environment is not continuously stable often encounters a variety of unexpected situations, which usually bring great loss to the supply chain system if can not be coordinated well. As a significant content of supply chain management, supply chain emergency coordination has a practical significance to deal with supply chain emergencies and improve system performance. This paper introduces multi-agent technology to supply chain system, and studies supply chain emergency coordination mechanism under emergencies by establishing the MAS model of a secondary supply chain which is composed by a single supplier and single retailer. The main contents of this paper are as follows:This paper describes some related theories of supply chain emergency,supply chain coordination and multi-agent technology, and finds out that it is feasible to introduce multi-agent technology to supply chain system and achieve multi-agent supply chain modeling, and shows the process of multi-agent supply chain modeling.This paper establishes the static and dynamic model of a secondary supply chain system by using multi-agent technology and focuses on the analysis and calculation of the dynamic model. Based on the presumptions that the demand function is a negative exponential form and the supplier is the leader of Stackelberg game, the optimal strategy of adjusting production plan and wholesale price is given under emergencies when the market size and price-sensitive coefficient are disrupted and the extra cost are brought by environment's changes. New quantity discount contracts under which the profit can be allocated rationally in supplier and retailer are also put forward.When emergency brings disturbances, the influences that whether to use the emergency coordination mechanism on the profit of the supplier retailer and supply chain are further analyzed by simulating the model. It can be drawn from the simulation results that the emergency coordination mechanism can maximize the profit of the supply chain on the premise of ensuring that the profit of the supplier and retailer are both positive, and the effectiveness of the emergency coordination mechanism is also verified.
