| Software project management process optimization is of great significance to improve the efficiency,quality and resource occupation of software projects.The enterprise has different software project management priorities at different stages of development,and these priorities are key factors for process optimization.In the early stage of enterprise development,a stable and standardized project management process is the demand of enterprises.With the development of various Internet technologies,the focus of enterprise project management process has also changed.For current S enterprises,rapid response to customer needs,improving software development efficiency,rapid completion of project deployment,rapid discovery and repair of product failures are the focus of the project management process at this stage.Many scholars at home and abroad have a lot of research on the project management of software enterprises,through the capability maturity model to standardize the process of software development,through agile methods to improve the efficiency of software development and so on.However,the above studies mainly focus on the improvement of the software development process,and there are few studies on post-development testing,deployment and operation and maintenance.The offline project of S enterprise is the key project of the enterprise,and the efficiency of its process has a great impact on the whole enterprise.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the offline project requirement design management process,R&D test management process and delivery operation and maintenance management process of S enterprise,this thesis studies how to solve the problems by improving the process based on the DevOps theory,and makes a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.The main research contents include: First,the relevant researches of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of project management,process optimization and DevOps are sorted out to provide theoretical support for this thesis;Secondly,the status quo and problems of each process of the project under the existing development mode of S enterprise are introduced,and the problems such as delayed demand response,difficult schedule control and poor project delivery quality are analyzed from the perspective of project process management,DevOps and process optimization.Thirdly,through the use of hierarchical management model to determine the goal of process optimization,the use of DevOps theory and process optimization theory ECRS method of S enterprise software management process is analyzed in each stage,to achieve the purpose of solving its problems in demand management,schedule management,quality management;Finally,the optimization effect of the project management process based on DevOps theory is compared and analyzed,and the actual optimization effect is obtained by comparing the effectiveness of each proposed problem with the original process.The software management process established by DevOps theory in this thesis can help S enterprise achieve good results,and it is hoped that the study of this enterprise can provide reference for enterprises with similar process management problems. |
