| Quality management of software development projects has always been a very important part of software engineering,and is a strong guarantee for companies to maintain continuous competitiveness in the software industry.In order to meet the changing market demand,enterprises have become a trend to vigorously improve the efficiency of software development,however,in this process,it also brings a lot of management problems,especially quality control difficulties,rapid development may lead to the development process of testing and quality control processes are ignored,resulting in unstable and unreliable quality of software.With the advent of the Internet era,all industries are more inseparable from the software,the importance of its quality is more prominent,a slight error may affect the whole body,or even lead to irreversible major failures.The traditional quality management of software development projects rely mainly on software testing,through a linear single test to determine whether the software meets the specifications,whether to meet customer needs.However,with the development of the software industry,the traditional quality management of software projects is increasingly difficult to cope with the needs of frequent changes,and the conflict between software testing and delivery cycle is increasing.On the one hand,if the testing is not sufficient,the delivered software may have more defects and quality problems,which will negatively affect the customer experience and company reputation;on the other hand,if the testing is too strict and lengthy,it will prolong the delivery cycle,increase the development cost and miss the market opportunity.In order to solve this problem,this thesis takes the quality management of software development project of Company H as the research theme.Firstly,we have carefully studied and sorted out the research and theoretical knowledge of domestic and foreign software project quality management and so on,so as to provide the theoretical basis for the analysis and solution of the later problems.Secondly,the current software project quality management problems of Company H were collected through questionnaires,and the existing software project quality management of Company H was studied and analyzed in depth.Causal analysis was used to identify the root factors that generate problems,and the factors were ranked by hierarchical analysis to determine the direction of improvement.Finally,based on the Dev Ops thought system,a software quality management improvement plan and guarantee measures were designed to suit Company H,and a series of effective quality management tools and processes were developed to enable the company to bring higher software quality while ensuring the delivery cycle.The research in this thesis shows that the traditional quality management model is no longer able to meet the current contradiction between the rapidly changing needs of software development projects and the delivery cycle.By using Company H’s software development project as a case study,this study proposes a quality management improvement scheme and assurance measures to adapt to the rapidly changing needs.The implementation of these solutions and measures will effectively improve the quality of software development projects and ensure on-time project delivery.In addition,the results of this study provide a useful reference for other companies to improve quality management in similar situations.In summary,the findings of this dissertation are important for improving the quality of software development projects and meeting rapidly changing requirements,which help companies gain a competitive advantage and promote their sustainable development in a highly competitive market environment. |
