Process Management Of L Company's Software Project From The Perspective Of Devops Management

At present,with the development of society,mobile Internet,big data,Internet of Things and cloud computing are constantly leaping forward,and the needs of customers are also constantly changing.Therefore,the speed of enterprise software iteration and update must have higher requirements,so the process management of software project is particularly important.From waterfall to Agile and now Devops,there is no doubt that the industry is dissatisfied with process management and is constantly improving.In terms of the current software project process management,most of them only stay in the development process,but few enterprises achieve full coverage of the whole project life cycle.So we can also find endless debates between people in different roles in each process,and that's because process management goes wrong,resulting in isolated islands of roles and functions,which may sit next to each other,but are never aligned,and information about development,testing,quality assurance,and operations is seriously out of sync.This is where Devops comes in.It's not just development that needs to be agile,it's all phases of the software lifecycle that need to be agile,and the entire project process needs to be managed efficiently.Devops is a methodology that includes a set of guidelines and tools.But each enterprise each different project real operation to implement,the effect is very different,it is really not easy to use.Devops is still a challenge to succeed.Based on the background of L company's software project from the very beginning,such as long delivery cycle,mediocre project quality and poor communication among project team members,this paper established a Devops team to conduct scientific analysis and evaluation,and improved process management by using Devops methodology.The whole process,including requirements management,development,testing,construction and deployment,integration and release,and quality assurance,has been improved in full coverage,forming a set of process management methods applicable to the company's software projects,and finally ensuring that the project's delivery cycle,quality,communication effect among project team members and other issues have been improved.The research results of the text confirm the positive role of Devops in software project process management.Through the method system of Devops,the process of L Company's technology center is streamlined and optimized,and visual Kanban supporting management is established to make the process more smooth and effective.In addition,by building a self-research platform and integrating a set of tools for project management,the integration and automation of the process are built,which means to provide help for communication and coordination at each stage.At the same time,the Devops culture of the enterprise has been shaped,the project members have been synchronously trained and the sharing platform has been built,so that the team members have a holistic view of agile and sharing consciousness.Finally,enterprises can use this kind of process management method to enhance competitiveness and deliver user value quickly and effectively.
