Progress Management Study Of Company A’S Big Data Analytics Platform R&D Project

With the continuous promotion of enterprise digital transformation and the continuous growth of the digital economy,digital transformation has become an unstoppable trend.In this transformation process,big data platform as a key pedestal platform directly affects the success of enterprise digital transformation.With the diversification of business scenarios,big data platform R&D projects have become more complex,and this complexity has brought great challenges to the project schedule management,so the study on the schedule management of big data platform R&D projects is particularly important.Company A is an enterprise-level big data platform software vendor that focuses on providing comprehensive digital transformation services for enterprises to meet their business needs.The big data analytics platform,as the company’s core R&D project,is currently facing serious project schedule management issues that may lead to project delays.This project is large in scale,contains 17 subsystems,and has outstandingly representative schedule problems,which possess high research value.The thesis takes the progress management of Company A’s big data analytics platform R&D project as the research object,takes R&D management,project schedule management and IPD methodology as the theoretical basis,and through researching the current status quo of Company A’s big data platform development project,refines the existing problems of project schedule management,and carries out in-depth analysis of the causes of the key problems.Through the introduction of IPD method,a project schedule management optimization plan is proposed from the dimensions of R&D project organization structure and R&D management process.Finally,the optimization scheme is implemented,and the evaluation verifies that the R&D project management system based on the IPD method is scientific and feasible for project schedule management.This study optimizes the R&D project management system of Company A by improving the schedule management problem of the R&D project of big data analytics platform,which makes it more adaptable to the complex and changing project environment.The conclusions of the study have certain reference and reference significance for the schedule management of R&D projects in other enterprises in the field of digital transformation.
