Schedule Management In The Radio And Tv Monitoring Platform Research

China's radio and television industry has developed rapidly for the past three decades of reform and opening-up. The new media of different kinds used various types of digital technology to enable interactive program in order to enhance the user experience. Under the great environment of the integration of telecommunications networks, cable TV networks and the Internet, the industry of radio and television has an unprecedented opportunity to develop.At the same time, the monitoring platform of radio and television (MPRT) becomes an important tool to protect the security and enhance the quality of program in radio and television. As the prerequisite and basis for optimizing the regulatory system, a construction project of MPRT often has a strong limit in time, needs to be completed before a specific time and puts into official use. Once the project schedule delays caused by failure to deliver on time use, it would result in incalculable damage and very serious consequences. Therefore, it is very meaningful and valuable to enhance project time management level in the MPRT construction.According to the development of China's radio and television current status and characteristics, this paper researched and performed an analysis of the optimization of schedule management in the construction project of MPRT, summarized the current weakness and explored the project the commonness of project schedule management. By using project management methods and software, combined with the construction of Shanghai Suburbs TV Circle and Monitor Platform (SSTCMP), the author made an in-depth detailed optimization in 5 ways:definition, sequence, estimate, plan and control, and compared the original planned schedule and the optimized result. This paper was demonstrated effective in schedule management in MPRT projects because the optimized result was significantly shorter than planned one. SSTCMP can be a conference for future projects of MPRT.
