| In the tide of digital transformation,enterprises need more and more applications to realize the digital transformation of business.However,many small and medium-sized enterprises are limited by their own software development ability,unable to meet the growing business needs,so low code technology comes into being.By packaging some common,modular and reusable code into components,low-code development platform shields the underlying technical details for developers.Compared with traditional development tools,low-code development platform can effectively reduce the development cost for companies while lowering the threshold of system research and development,so as to achieve rapid delivery of application products.In this paper,the project management process of low code research and development is studied,and the existing project management process is optimized by combining theories and examples.At the same time,the corresponding safeguard measures and optimized management system are proposed.Through the literature research method,the advanced experience of R&D project management of enterprises in low code industry is studied,and the relevant international literature is referred to.By reviewing these literatures,summarizing relevant theories and practical experience,and combining with the ten knowledge areas of current project management,learning common methods of process optimization,laying a solid theoretical foundation for empirical research.Through in-depth interview,we can explore the potential problems of a certain problem.Through free conversation,we can conduct in-depth discussion on key topics to obtain needed information,find common solutions on projects,and empower low code platforms.Finally confirm the goal and optimization principle of low code R&D project process optimization.Based on the above objectives and optimization principles as well as the ten knowledge areas of project management,the process optimization plan of corresponding problems is carried out from the stages of demand,design,coding,testing,verification and delivery,etc.According to the summarized process optimization plan,some management measures are proposed to ensure the smooth progress of process optimization.From the project management system and management system,talent echelon construction and other aspects to ensure the smooth progress of process optimization work.The value of this research is to provide scientific management methods for the development of low code platform,promote the optimization of project management process,improve the efficiency and quality of projects,and provide reference for the rapid delivery of enterprise application products in the tide of digital transformation.At the same time,this study also provides useful enlightenment and reference for other industry areas of project management process optimization. |
