| With the development of the era of "software engineering",the role of configuration management projects in software projects is becoming increasingly important.By traceable management of configuration items and information throughout the software life cycle,configuration management projects can effectively manage assets in various software projects of the company,ensuring their high quality and availability.However,due to the characteristics of multi role,multi scenario,and multi process oriented configuration management projects,as well as the large number of assets and complex relationships in ZQ Company,there are many risks in its development process.Therefore,conducting risk management research on it has important practical significance.This article takes the configuration management project of ZQ Company as the research object,based on risk management theory,and sorts out the existing problems of risk management in the company’s configuration management project.Through questionnaire surveys,the reasons for the existing problems are identified.Through two analysis tools,expert survey method and analytic hierarchy process,combined with theoretical research and the characteristics of configuration management projects,a risk identification indicator system is sorted out,The risk identification indicator system was applied using expert ratings,and optimization strategies were proposed for risk management in configuration management projects.This paper not only provides optimization solutions for risk management in ZQ Company’s configuration management projects,but also hopes to provide reference for risk management in other enterprises. |
