Research On Risk Management Of N Company Software Development Projects

With the development of modern society,the degree of information and intelligence is higher and higher,and the technology is more and more advanced,the creation process of software products is becoming more and more simple.Then it doesn't mean that the risk of software projects is getting lower and lower.On the contrary,with the continuous development of the software industry and the continuous improvement of user's requirements for software quality,the requirements for the project management ability,especially the risk management ability in the software project development process are higher and higher,and the risk management mechanism has become an indispensable part of a mature software enterprise.But for most small and medium-sized software enterprises,there is no enough manpower and capital to invest in the project risk management,so the project managers have to find out their own risk management methods and tools to effectively carry out risk analysis and control,so as to ensure the success of the project.Taking company “N”,a small software enterprise in Guizhou Province,as the research object,this paper puts forward a set of primary risk management processes and methods suitable for company “N” by using the relevant knowledge of CMMI risk management model's Special Goal and Special Practice,combined with the software project development situation of company “N”,and in the process of risk identification,risk analysis and other processes,combined with Questionnaire Survey method and Interpretative Structural Modeling Method(ISM)Finally,the paper finds out the three root risks in the current project of company “N”.The research results of this paper have a very good reference for company “N” and other small and medium-sized software enterprises to establish their own risk management system and improve risk management ability.
