business by means of process automation.Help the science and technology consulting industry meet the new requirements of data speaking,accurate positioning and quick response in the current information overload Internet environment.Existing data intelligent service development platforms at home and abroad have too many functions and complicated processes in the scenario of science and technology consultation,which cannot effectively improve productivity.These problems and challenges mainly include:1)centralized management and utilization of massive multi-source heterogeneous data.The data sources of scientific and technological consulting are wide and large,and different data source suppliers belong to different fields.The data provided by them is scattered and heterogeneous,and lacks unified organization and management of data resources.2)The service development process is still tedious and the development cycle is still long.The implementation of the intelligent service of science and technology consulting data needs to go through the processes of big data storage and processing,model design and training,model performance evaluation,application deployment and operation and maintenance,etc.The existing platform cannot perfectly fit these processes,and requires a large amount of labor division and cooperation,and different work rooms are dependent,and the rework and correction of problems found later are constantly updated.Resulting in higher time and financial costs.On the other hand,the algorithm assets formed in the early stage of research and development require continuous training,integration and deployment for new data and specific scenarios,and the repeated process adds more burdens to the staff.3)Reusability between services.In the service development of the new scenario of science and technology consulting,it is an effective way to increase productivity to reuse the atomic capability of multiple constructed data intelligence services to form new services.However,because of the dependencies between services,repeated invocations lead to longer response times and system resource usage,how to design efficient composite services becomes particularly important.In view of the above problems and challenges,this paper focuses on the research and analysis of the automatic development process of data intelligence service and the construction model of composite data intelligence service for the scene of scientific and technological consultation,and completes the research and implementation of the development platform of data intelligence service for scientific and technological consultation.The main research contents are as follows:1)Designed and realized the automated production line of scientific and technological consulting data intelligent service.The production line has realized the automatic production process from the storage and management of multi-source heterogeneous massive scientific and technological consulting data assets to the production and management of multi-version artificial intelligence model assets,and then to the deployment and management of data intelligent service assets,effectively reducing the development cycle of data intelligent service and reducing manpower investment,achieving the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.2)Designed and implemented the distributed data intelligent service engine.On the one hand,the engine realizes the automatic capacity expansion and shrinkage of the data intelligent service instance according to the load condition,which improves the stability and response speed of the service.On the other hand,the engine realizes the reuse of data intelligence service atomic capability in the way of expression as service,and optimizes the construction and invocation of expression,which solves the problem of long response time caused by service dependence and waste of system resources caused by repeated invocation of service during service choreography.3)Designed and implemented a cloud native data intelligent service development platform for science and technology consulting scenarios.The platform provides functions such as multi-source data management,operator online development and version management,graphical workflow drag-and-drop development and version management,model evaluation deployment and version management,service health monitoring,online editing and testing of expression service,etc.,which improves the efficiency of relevant personnel in developing intelligent service of science and technology consulting data by means of process automation.Finally,this platform is applied in the national key research and development plan project "Science and technology consulting data resource system research and resource construction".Based on massive science and technology consulting data,several data intelligent indexing services are developed,which verifies the application value of the platform designed in this paper. |
