With the development of science and technology,the deep integration of manufacturing and information has become an inevitable trend in the development of the manufacturing field.Manufacturing Execution System(MES)is the key technology to unlock the “black box” of the production process,and has received extensive attention in various industries.Various domestic higher vocational colleges have also opened MES system courses.However,in the teaching practice,due to the high input cost and functional bias of the MES system,the actual training requirements of the students cannot be met.Therefore,this thesis takes the teaching automation production line as the research object,develops a functional and practical teaching MES system,and provides a training platform for vocational colleges.main tasks as follows:(1)This thesis systematically analyzes the "335B" teaching automation production line produced by an educational equipment company in Zhejiang,and analyzes the development objectives and difficulties in combination with the application scenarios of the teaching MES system to determine the main tasks of this paper.(2)According to the theoretical model of MES system under international standards,the main function modules of teaching MES system are designed for the main functions of teaching automation production line.(3)Completed the detailed design of the teaching MES system,including the overall framework of the system,the detailed design of the development environment and functional modules,and the logical structure and physical structure of the database according to the E-R model of the main functions of the system.(4)Analyze the working logic of the teaching automation production line,use the OPC communication protocol to adopt the design idea of ??timing acquisition and intermediate table comparison,design the data acquisition system for the teaching production line,and finally complete the development of the teaching MES system..(5)For the teaching MES system,it can not integrate with the enterprise ERP system,and design a mobile order release system that replaces the ERP production planning function,providing basic data for production planning scheduling and production planning query.Based on the above work,the function of the developed system was tested and applied to the teaching production line of an educational equipment company in Zhejiang,which achieved good results.It provides an effective application platform for MES system training in higher vocational colleges.The system can also be applied to the training of enterprise employees. |
