Abstract/Summary:
With the increasing level of automation, the application of automation systems in more and more areas to be good practice, and has made remarkable achievements. Success fillers fully automated production line put into use, the machinery company turnaround provides a strong support, ending the manual production of packing machinery company history. Not only improves productivity, but also reduces the worker’s casualties.In order to meet the current needs of highly automated production line, the subject of automation systems based on the general design process, combined with the characteristics of the packing plant, and analyze large amounts of relevant information based on the design of the packing assembly line automation system.It introduces the features of automatic filling production line system, and then analyzes the architecture design system of automatic filling production line, followed by the overall design, including business model and function module design, and data structure design. And on this basis, the process focuses on the detailed design and implementation of automatic filling production line equipment management system.This thesis mainly use the more popular struts2 + hibernate + spring + jsp architecture to implement the relevant functions of the device management subsystem section. Using this system, it can be a very good management of the related equipment. Data needed by the statistics, print out the relevant data reports, which provide the basis for increased productivity.In order to facilitate future upgrades to device management subsystem, the system was designed with well defined interfaces, thus ensuring the sustainable development of the system.
