Nowadays,semi-automatic,even manual domestic production lines are really common.As the development of today's industrial technology,the scale of the auto industry is also constantly expanding and the number of production line is in growing.The requirement of product quality becomes higher and higher and the inefficient and the risky test modes already cannot satisfy the requirement of production.Automation test has gradually become a key technology.High-density and miniature electronic connector cable components are more and more widely used on electrical equipments.For many manufacturing enterprises,how to judge whether each loop of the connector cable component is reliable,conductive,withstand voltage and insulation conveniently,quickly and accurately has become the key to ensure the quality and reliability.In view of the above-mentioned facts,we plan to develop a new automatic test equipment to satisfy the needs of the production line.The test system that we are going to develop uses computer software and communication technology and humanized testing interface is designed.The operator can easily learn about the testing and running state of different stations,and every station collects their respective dynamic measurement data in real-time.Then all data will be transmitted to the industrial computer.The industrial computer implements the statistics of qualified parts and fault parts,equipment failure tips and alarm,test data saving,uploading data to the server,and other functions.The system saves the manpower and improves the degree of automation of enterprise production.This thesis explains the project background,the key technology and principle,the hardware and software design concept and the implementation and conclusions of the test system in detail.
