Recently,the rapid development of Cloud Computing Technology and the increase in online retail success have made it possible to purchase e-commerce for industrial products.In the industrial manufacturing sector,automated assembly lines are ordered offmine whose process is cumbersome and limited by space.This paper studies the micro-service architecture and system platform functional model,constructs background micro-service system,improves the response efficiency of the interface,and discusses the security performance of the open service system to improve the system‘s high availability,efficiency and safety.It achieves an automated production line online system which meet the actual needs by realizing the electronicization of manufacturing automation solutions.This paper mainly completed related work for the following items:1.Based on the discussion and comparison of the single architecture and distributed architecture,the distributed service framework Spring Cloud is studied.To provide a basic framework for designing the complete background dependent service cluster,it achieves the service refinement for system business needs and platform basic functions,and divides the single services vertically.2.By introducing the cache layer based on Redis on the database access layer and proposing the optimization strategy of parallel calls across services,studying the design standard of the interface and the query optimization of the database,the response efficiency of the background interface service is improved.3.According to the security problem of open API service system,this paper puts forward a request filtering mechanism based on Zuul gateway technology,then designs and verifies safe measures such as SMS registration module and token access method.4.Develop platforms for supply and marketing industrial automation pipelines according to actual needs,test and verify the micro-service architecture,achieve the electronicization of complex product structures,and ensure the feasibility of combining Internet and industrial procurement.The application of the system in actual shows that the cache module can alleviate the pressure of the database in querying little change and frequently used data,and the parallel call across services effectively improves the utilization of the CPU resources,thereby optimizing the response efficiency of the request.And authorized access and the improvement of the SMS registration module' logical loophole,cooperating with the gateway request filtering,ensure the system's security.
