The middle-aged female employees have a career plateau phenomenon due to fierce competition and great pressure.The career plateau phenomenon not only has a negative impact on the middle-aged female employees,but also hinders their personal development and threatens the normal operation of the enterprise.The research on Career Plateau has theoretical significance for enterprise management,and also has far-reaching practical significance in solving management problems encountered in enterprise operation.Based on this,on the basis of relevant research results of career plateau,this paper takes the career plateau of middle-aged female employees of a provincial TV station as an example,takes the career plateau as an independent variable and takes work input as a dependent variable,and studies and discusses the relationship between the two.At the same time,we study how job satisfaction plays an intermediary role in.the interaction between the two.There are two reasons for choosing this provincial TV station.First,it is hoped to solve practical problems for this TV station,female employees and the society through the relevant research on the impact of the career plateau of middle-aged female employees on their work input by taking advantage of the particularity of "radio and television units",which is the combination of media public equipment and market units.Second,the TV station is the mouthpiece of the party and the government,and also has the enterprise attribute of market operation.Its special organizational structure and core culture have accelerated and intensified the career plateau phenomenon of middle-aged female employees to a certain extent.It is expected to use effective strategies to improve the employment situation of female employees and improve the work efficiency of the unit as soon as possible,and promote the positive development of traditional media institutions and the media industry.There are four main research methods used in this paper.Firstly,the literature review method is used to collect and sort out the relevant research results of career plateau,job satisfaction and job input,and establish a theoretical model.Secondly,the questionnaire is used to measure the three variables of career plateau,job satisfaction and job investment of middle-aged female employees of a provincial TV station.When designing the questionnaire,the control variables are set as age,working years and education level.Thirdly,interview method was used to modify the original scale and further improve the questionnaire.Finally,by using the data analysis method,SPSS and Mplus statistical analysis software are used to analyze and calculate the effective collected questionnaire data,and the relationship between career plateau and job satisfaction,the relationship between career plateau and job input,and the intermediary role of job satisfaction are obtained.Combined with the results of data analysis and calculation,and according to the actual situation of middle-aged female employees of provincial TV stations,relevant suggestions and coping strategies are put forward at the organizational level,personal factors and national and social intervention.The paper is divided into the following five parts:the first part introduces the background,significance and research methods of this paper.The second part is to search,summarize and sort out the relevant literature on Career Plateau,job satisfaction and job involvement.The third part is to establish the research model,put forward hypotheses and improve the survey questionnaire,and then distribute the survey questionnaire and withdraw it within the planned period.The fourth part,based on the data collected from the survey questionnaire,conducts empirical research and analysis,analyzes the basic data,reliability,validity and correlation of career plateau,job satisfaction and job input,and verifies the regression,and then analyzes the intermediary effect of job satisfaction.The fifth part summarizes the research results and puts forward relevant countermeasures.
