| At present,the manufacturing industry is undergoing profound adjustment and reform.How to actively and effectively use modern information technology to accurately control the cost and quality of industrial products has become the key to the digital and intelligent transformation and development of manufacturing industry.The traditional manufacturing supply chain management system often focuses on the management platform of central enterprises.The degree of centralized dependence is very high,and the information on the chain is opaque,asymmetric and unreliable.It is difficult to realize the whole chain credible data collection and multi-party mutual trust,to track the whole process data of industrial products,and to improve product quality and internal management efficiency.With its distributed,open,transparent and tamper proof characteristics,blockchain provides reliable underlying services for the realization of distributed data security sharing system.Therefore,this paper studies the quality data security sharing technology of manufacturing supply chain based on blockchain.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problems of single point of failure,data privacy disclosure and opaque internal operation in the centralized data storage mode adopted by the traditional supply chain management system,a supply chain quality data security sharing model based on blockchain is proposed.Taking the distributed blockchain network as the core,this paper constructs a decentralized data security sharing service,and studies the hierarchical structure of the model.(2)Aiming at the possible data privacy leakage in the process of supply chain quality data sharing,an access control mechanism based on attribute encryption mechanism and symmetric encryption algorithm is designed to realize fine-grained access control of supply chain quality data,ensure users’ privacy and data ownership,solve the problem of mass quality data storage,and design a storage scheme under blockchain data chain based on Inter Planetary file system(IPFS).(3)Aiming at the problem that Practical byzantine fault tolerance(PBFT)algorithm has low negotiation efficiency and can not dynamically manage the nodes in the supply chain alliance,based on pbft algorithm,this paper optimizes the negotiation process of the algorithm,introduces the node credit mechanism,and puts forward a new negotiation algorithm.(4)Based on Ethereum,IPFS,web3.js and other technologies,the prototype system of supply chain quality data sharing is realized,and the function and performance of the system are tested and verified. |
