| With the development of information technology such as the Internet,the Internet of Things,big data and artificial intelligence,the production,operation and management process of enterprises are increasingly dependent on information technology,which makes the digitization degree of enterprises increasingly high.All enterprises have embarked on information system development projects,so that the information system is widely used in various enterprises.However,with the increasing dependence of all kinds of enterprises on information system,the speed of information system update is extremely fast,and the degree of complexity is also dramatically enhanced,which leads to the significant increase in the risk of information system development projects.In the face of the lack of special manpower and financial resources to carry out the risk management of information system development project,Beidahuang Agricultural Corporation must find a suitable method of risk management of information system development project with its own characteristics,and gradually establish the risk management system of information system development project,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of information system development project and ensure the use effect.This paper takes the information system development project of Beidahuang Agricultural Co.,LTD as the research object,uses the entropy weight method model and the relevant knowledge of risk management theory,combined with the implementation of the information system development project of Beidahuang Agricultural Co.,LTD.,uses the brainstorming method to identify 20 risk factors of the information system development project of Beidahuang Agricultural Co.,LTD.After that,according to the probability of risk occurrence and the degree of risk influence,12 medium and high risks faced by the information system development project of Beidahuang Agricultural Corporation were analyzed by combining the expert scoring method,and the influence relationship of each risk factor was analyzed by the interpretive structure model,and the index of medium and high risk weight was analyzed by the entropy weight method to determine the three main root risks in the information system development project.In the research process,combining qualitative analysis methods such as literature analysis,interview,questionnaire survey and quantitative analysis methods such as entropy weight method,and according to the results of risk identification and analysis,the risk response measures for the information system development project of Beidahuang Agricultural Share Company were formulated,and a set of personalized risk management mechanism suitable for the information system development project of Beidahuang Agricultural Share Company was preliminarily established.Provide guarantee for the smooth implementation of information development projects.The research results of this paper have good reference value and strong reference significance for the establishment of the information system development project risk management system of Beidahuang Agricultural Corporation,as well as improving the information system development project management level of similar small and medium-sized enterprises,improving the ability of project risk management and control,and establishing and perfecting the project risk management system mechanism. |
