Research On The Evaluation Of Public Library Service Quality Based On ClimateQUAL TM

The evaluation of library service quality in China is mainly based on the two dimensions of library hardware and user experience.However,the quality of library service and the hardware of the library are not completely relevant,and the user experience is also influenced by many factors,and its evaluation is also biased.Therefore,this paper will adopt the new system,ClimateQUAL^TM,as the basis,to make the localization transformation,to evaluate the quality of library service,and to seek solutions to improve service quality.ClimateQUAL^TMM as librarians?hereinafter referred to as the"librarian"?from the library evaluation tool of library organization atmosphere,shows the management of the library practice and policy optimization significance is obvious,has positive effect on the quality improvement of library service.Its application can further improve the service quality assessment system of the domestic library and build a new library service quality assessment environment with LibQUAL^TM.The improvement of ClimateQUAL^TMM makes the system more suitable for the domestic library environment,and it also finds problems in library services.Literature study method is adopted in this paper,Delphi method,AHP analytic hierarchy process?AHP?,and questionnaire research,and from the perspective of public library,its organizational climate assessment,to improve the quality of service of public library..
